Great house in need of a few upgrades to make it perfect

Overall a great experience and excellent stay. The location can’t be beat, the house and pool are generally kid friendly, and the great room has amazing views. As a new house, it does need a season to iron out some issues (air conditioning didn’t work in one room, the house which can sleep 20 people only comes with 4 beach chairs, and there is no beach cart despite being advertised as having one - we had to buy many things that would normally come with a house that’s been around a bit longer). Note the outdoor shower is not enclosed, it needs a slight upgrade on amenities and also a more thorough cleaning when being turned over, but we would definitely stay again as I’m sure most of these issues will be worked out with time. We had a very fun week.
