1. Ideal location, near the train station, about 5 minutes on foot from the tram stop but the center of Florence could be reached on foot and to the most important attractions of the city. 2. The owner was very nice and helpful, he recommended us attractions that were worth seeing and even a few pubs????

The property is located in a quiet street, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and about a 30-minute walk from most of Florence's main attractions. The room was not large but clean, clean towels. The owner was nice and sympathetic, we had no problem with later arrival or departure. In the lobby it would be useful to have a kitchenette, you could sit at the table and eat breakfast or drink coffee in the morning :).
