The staff at the reception was very friendly, the reception was open around the clock, so you could check in at any time. Parking is available at the hotel. Good location, in a quiet area, approximately 20 minutes walk from the old town of Salzburg and from most of the city's attractions. Close to the train station. The room was good but nothing special. I didn't use breakfast, so I can't judge.
