The owner was very friendly and helpful. Good location, in a quiet part of Melbourne with many restaurants along the waterfront. Close to the free city tram, which was easy to get to the city center. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Too loud air conditioning. It would be useful to repair the bathroom fan.
