very clean,very friendly ,good value for money and nice breakfast.location excellent and good parking.very close to tram link into townCheck-in staff weren't very friendly, but they were polite. The car park was full when we arrived, but signs directed us to Frankie & Benny's over the road. Parking prices there were excellent at £4.50 for 24hrs. Parked there without a problem.

very clean spacious room, staff friendly, breakfast was very nice only problem was that the restaurant is situated at the in/out doors of the main entrance to the hotel and can be very drafty whilst eating!That we were told it was £8 a day for films an when we checked out it was £8 per film!!! our bill was £62.00 just for films!! also we ordered breakfast to the room and it was a lot of money for what it was!!!.

Location was brilliant, close to trams, buses etc. Convenient base fromwhich to work. Spotlessly clean.you have to pay for parking n top of the basic price, parking should be inclusive

the price and location,The Bar wasnt very big and there was no other lounge space, if you want to sit around and read the papers or have a coffee

Easy access for traveling on, on-site car parking.We had a room facing the busy main road, and you could hear the noise of the traffic all night.The air-con didn't work and the room was very hot - like a sauna. I had to open the window which made the road noise worse. A sleepless night.Breakfast was very poor. All of the hot food was dried-up.

the room was spaciousEvening meal was disappointing in portion size. Soup and a roll became soup with two very small thin slices of bread. Pork chop with green beans and potatoes- small chop, aproximately 8 beans and 3 baby new potatoes sliced in half. Tasty but still starving, had better meal for luch in the Harvester accross the road in the outlet village!

staff and location were good.Bar very small. Room service hopeless, got tired of complaining aboutthe standard of the breakfast and the layout of the trays. Supervisionof same must be non-existant. Constant apologising and yet nothingchanged. Very disappointed.If booking check out fixtures rugby, soccer etc as the ibis next door plays host to a lot of the fans for these fixtures.Crowds and noise levels unreal when they are on.

The Staff were very helpful and the room was clean, although beduncomfortable. Food was average, we only had the carvery option, and asthe menu looked very good it was a shame we didn't get the option to trysomething on it. The carvery was not very good and all the food seemedto be left over from lunch or maybe even the day before, no real choicefor starter and dessert (they were all displayed on a table) so not evenchilled, considering the choices were salad and gataux.

friendly staff, clean tidy rooms, location visa/vis old traffordwe were not made aware that on match days there was only carvary available in the restaurant. My partner does not like carvary so we had to order food to the room which cost us an extra £3 and had limited choice.When we came down for breakfast we were told to take a seat and wait for a table to come available, we sat down for 20minutes waiting while 3 seperate couples walked straight past the counter which was empty, took seats at empty tables and had their breakfast! I dont that it was very well managed as the person who told us to take a seat seen this and made no effort to tell the people that they had jumped the queue of people waiting or did not apologise for this error. Also she just cam and said table for two when there were 6 couples waiting to be seated she had no idea who had been there first- maybe she should have taken room numbers to make sure we got seated in order.Also the waitress that served us our tea made no effort to make eye contact or smile she was very rude and looked like she really didnt want to be there.

Hotel was located close to the metrolink stop (Salford Quays) and to Old Trafford.This hotel seems very over priced for its location, facilities and standard. This isn't to say that the hotel is bad, merely that for this price I would expect a much better hotel than this one actually is and so do not think it offers value for money.

Location & very helpful, efficient staffRestaurant rather overpriced we thought, was disappointed with my visit, although the day manager did immediately adjust the bill.Duvet rather narrow for the double bed.

I liked the area very much. I thought the food was beautiful! Apart from the nachos we ordered, as the guacamole and sour cream was missed off them and it states it comes on them. Breakfast made up for that fact it was delicious. As did our evening meal. The room was very clean and comfy.

The rooms were modern and very clean.The bar area was again modern and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent value at £8.50 per person.Very noisy during most of the night hardly slept at all

Slight mix up regarding Breakfast but was corrected immediately. Shame about the Tram line undergoing repairs on the Saturday otherwise everything else EXCELLENT. Thank you.My room smelt of smoke.

Location and friendly staff, rooms clean and the bar serves a very good pint of guiness.Beds very uncomfortable.Was given a disabeled persons room which didi not suit me.Sink very low and i have a dodgy back.

Well sited for us, ie night at the Lowry Theatre and some shopping,We had a lunch and an evening meal at the hotel - both of good quality and reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard. Top of my "likes", were the staff - reception was helpful and restaurant staff excellent.Closeby are other restaurants and the trams - great for getting about. Car parking was not as bad as I feared and at £6.50 per night for a city, reasonable. Suggest you ask for a room at the rear of the hotel - rooms to the front face a busy dual carriageway.

Great room with a lovely view of the quay. The staff took the trouble to find us a room away from the large groupsThere was no space for parking and had to walk across a main road a 5 minute walk, in the rain.
