The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.windows would not open to let in fresh air

I really liked the staff.really friendly and helpful. Also, the location of the hotel and the fact it has 2 restaurants and a bar and a spa was a bonus!
