Responsibility for belongings:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for loss.

Loss of keys:
- Charge of 100€ for each set of keys lost.

Check-out time:
- Delays without prior notice have a supplement of 50€ for each hour, charged through the booking platform.

No smoking:
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A €100 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
