Please note that:

* Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

* Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and if available the
property will provide them.

* Arrival after hours:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (Guest must ask property for early check in). Outside these hours the property will charge €30 in cash, after
10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1h 150 euros

* The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

* Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

* Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
