We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay:

No gatherings:
Parties, events or group gatherings of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.

Noise:
Please be mindful of the neighbours and noise must always be kept to a respectable level. We ask we have a quiet hours time of 9pm to 7am.

Please leave the house as you found it.

No shoes policy indoors. Please remove upon entry.

Clean up:
- Please take away with you whatever you bring to the house except for your bagged rubbish.
- No sellotape or anything whatsoever on the walls or ceilings please.

No smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on the balcony. For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we kindly ask smokers to utilise the communal gardens if necessary. Failure to comply will result in a significant fine to cover the cost of restoring the property and furnishings due to lingering odors.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
到着予定時刻をに事前に連絡してください。
チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。
銀行振込による前払いが必要です。予約後に、宿泊施設より銀行振込の方法について連絡があります。
18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。
