Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

The number of people, including children, present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 16. No Over Occupancy.

Please note that the reservation will be canceled if the number of guests exceeds the total occupancy allowed.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Registration is required by the county to be completed at our local office. Registered guests must be present and present valid ID.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer - ideal for doing a load of a day of sledding and a propane BBQ - perfect for grilling up your catch of the day!

Please note this home is 3 stories with several flights of stairs.
Driveway is very steep and may require 4 wheel or All wheel drive and or snow chains during winter months. High clearance vehicles for all times of the year are recomended.
No more than 2 cars are permitted

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

W obiekcie obowiązuje zakaz organizowania wieczorów panieńskich, kawalerskich itp.
