A maximum of 2 adults is allowed per bedroom per the City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 12. No Over Occupancy.

*Security Devices: Multiple cameras on the lower and upper decks of the main house that overlook the front yard and empty horse stables.

Maximum Vehicle Occupancy at any given time is 6 per county code.

This is a dog-friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.

A long-term rental home, which is located between the Barn and the main House on the north side of the property is off-limits to guests and has a full-time caretaker/tenant. Please do not block the driveway access to the long-term rental home which is located and accessible behind the barn.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on the property
• No more than 6 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered persons must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
