Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.


The number of people, including children, present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 16. No Over Occupancy.

Please note that the reservation will be canceled if the number of guests exceeds the total occupancy allowed.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Registration is required by the county to be completed at our local office. Registered guests must be present and present valid ID.チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。

宿泊料金を事前に支払う必要があります。は、支払いに関する詳細を記載した予約確認書をお送りします。宿泊料金の支払いを確認後、鍵の引渡し場所や施設の住所などの施設詳細を記載したメールをより送信します。
