Please let Alvear Suites know your expected arrival time in advance. If you expect to arrive outside opening hours, you may collet your keys at La Junquera Cafeteria at Calle Jose Regojo, 12 (Subject to the bakery's opening hours). You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

Please note: There are additional fines for smoking on the property (€50) and for improper care of hotel objects/amenities.

For longer stays (2 or more nights) please note that the apartments are not cleaned daily. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels are changed twice-weekly.
