Please note the airport pick-up services are for guests arriving at Queenstown International Airport on flights within a 20-minute window.

There is also a private service available from for up to 5 guests. Charges apply. Please note that for safety reasons, if booking a Deluxe Studio or Suite, families with children under the age of 6 will be allocated ground floor accommodation.
