Situated in Jonzac in the Poitou-Charantes region, this residence is just 200 metres from the banks of the Seugne River. A private, furnished balcony is offered in each modern apartment.

A TV is provided, and the apartments at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Rives de la Seugne include a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower. The kitchenettes are equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine and hotplates, and meals can be enjoyed in the dining area.

Baby kits, towels and cleaning kits are available upon request.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
- Saturday : 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00

Outside the school holidays, the relaxation area will be open during the week and the play area at weekends (the opening dates of the play area are beyond the control of Pierre et Vacances, information is available from the Antilles de Jonzac).

Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Beds made upon arrival are available at an extra cost.

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

The relaxation area will be open free of charge as a replacement (the opening dates of the play area are beyond the control of Pierre et Vacances)
