Offering free WiFi, Parkville Place Apartments is located in Brunswick on the edge of Melbourne’s city centre. The complex features 30 serviced apartments, for short or long-term stays.

Parkville Place is located on the northern fringe of the city. All units are self-contained with stovetops and some with fully equipped kitchenettes. You can relax with a meal in the dining area then watch a film on the DVD player.

Restaurants, cafes and shopping are close by on Lygon Street and Sydney Road. Parkville Place Apartment is only 600 metres from tram stop 120 for trams 1 and 6. It is a 7-minute drive to The Royal Melbourne Hospital and 14 minutes’ drive from Mercy Private Hospital.

Melbourne Zoo, Melbourne University, Royal Park, Victoria Market and many other attractions are all in close proximity. There is also easy access to City Link, the airport, trams and railway stations.

Accessible room available on the ground floor and elevator access to the other three levels.
