Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that half board is available for all rooms from Sunday to Friday only. Only bed and breakfast is available on Saturdays. On Saturday there is no dinner service. instead, each guest can enjoy a 30-minute spa treatment Please note that the property cannot accept guests under the age of 10 years. For reservation of 3 rooms and more, a prepayment will be taken and different cancellation policy will apply.
