The elegant rooms are bright and airy, and have an en suite bathroom and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms also offer luxury memory-foam mattresses, DVDs players and radios.

Delicious cooked breakfasts are served daily in the spacious dining room, with vegetarian and continental options also available. There is a selection of restaurants just a short walk away.

Just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque coast, The Briarfields is 20 minutes’ walk from The Princess Theatre. The sandy beaches at Paignton can be reached in 10 minutes’ drive and Living Coasts is a 25-minute walk away.

We work hard to ensure the safety of our guests. We have a team that meets the health and safety standards set by the local authorities, so you can rest assured during your stay at the accommodation. Our accommodation unfortunately does not accept any furry guests! We love pet owners, but kindly ask that all pets stay with other friends or family members during your visit.
