Spark by Hilton Orlando near Universal

Excellent customer service since you arrive , breakfast included ,very clean 5 minutes from Universal Studios (driving) also outlets very close restaurants etc,we will come back next time.We arrived 20 minutes before check in and were told to wait until 3:00. I've never stayed in a hotel where I was made to wait until the exact check in time. I mean 20 minutes early?

The staff was very friendly. Our room was tidy and more spacious that I had anticipated. The shuttle service was always on time and the location was perfect.IHOP, Kentucky, Taco Bell, etc. were in walking distance. The hotel had a lobby. Therefore, outsiderscould not drive or walk right to my room.I felt safe although I was alone with my two young children for the first time.Honestly we liked everything. They went above and beyond ourexpectations to make our stay comfortable. We were traveling with ahandicapped person and their concern impressed us greatly.

Everything in the hotel looks exactly as the pictures, there is no "photography tricks", so no big surprises. The staff was always pleasant, the room is quite big and the breakfest is simple but very good. The air conditioner was noisy. When we forget a unwashed glass in the sink, several(!!!) ants appeared.

Location, price. So close to universal studios. The breakfast area is too small.

Very friendly staff.Although the sign outside and website stated "free" shuttle, we were still required to pay to travel to our destination.based on the value, I think it was a good place, however it could use some "spucing up".Some of the decor and carpeting are dated. The amenities are overall limited, would have been nice to be able to purchase adult beverages without having to leave the location.

The relation quality-price is excellent.Breakfast area is little small but still ok. Swimming pool is not for swimming.

Room was really big, free WiFi, very good breakfast.Bathrooms could do with updating
