Nice personal. But efficiency and organization in the hotel services was poor.Did not get told at time of booking that the hotel was under construction, awoke very early to the sound of the construction.

television quality picture very poor quality- stains in the bath, on the floor.- very noisy at night because of a pub - difficult to access to the 2nd floor with luggages - a noisy fridge in the room

2017 - 03

We paid for an upgrade and stayed in a refurbished room. The room was very nice, clean, confortable but no refrigerator inside. The breakfast was ok. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Very convenient location if you go to the airport. Nice pool. We stayed there the last night of our trip thru the US.I will for sure stay there again, hope next year :).television and air conditioner unit

The hotel is very well locatedme dieron una habitación en el ala vieja, un desastre.me aconsejaron devolver el auto durante la noche, ellos mebuscaban en el aeropuerto. arreglo todo como me pidieron, tuve que pagarme un taxi.

price and convenience from the airportAbout everything. It is the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed atincluding truck stop motels.Each night I could not get to sleep until 4am because there were drunk people and gangs going down the halls. I called the front desk twice to complain and ask them to visit the other rooms to tell them to keep it down. I reported that I had knocked on the wall to give them a hint to keep it down and they had come to my door and knocked on it just to annoy me. The front desk person instead of going to the room to let them know to keep it down instead told me to call the police as knocking on my door was "considered a domestic disturbance" that he couldn't get involved in.The bathrooms were incredibly dirty with porcelin peeling off the inside of the tub and no drain or a stopper on the tub to take a bath. The window paint was peeling off and since there was no air fan in the bathroom I had to open up the window to let the steam out. I only left it open for a little while as it was a bad area of town I quickly learned. My view from the bedroom was an actual metal storage unit the size of a semi 6 feet from the window.The place was under construction so when I entered I couldn't find the front desk without hearing someone's voice say "Over here."The "continental breakfast" was served 7:30am-10 but too late for me since I had to be at work at 7:30. The last day I was there and actually got to have it (which it was set up late at 7:50am and I watched them set it up), it consisted of orange juice, coffee, toast, and bagels. Nothing else was offered.There is no clock in the room and my room only had 2 outlets which only 1 was able to be reached and was already being used by the air conditioner and the lamp. I unplugged the lamp in order to use my phone as an alarm clock for the morning. No menu of services or numbers to call for assistance were on the phone. No ice maker in the place although there was an ice bucket in the room.
