Free WiFi, the welcome, good location, comfortable bed,The handbasin was small and hard to work out how to hold a basin of water! Nowhere to put toiletries, eg for shaving or makeup.

Great location, easy to get to, restful after busy days. we walked or used city circle tram. There was room to sit down, didn't feel crowded. The bed and shower was great. It was surprisingly quiet for its close vicinity to shops and restaurants, transport and galleries.

We loved everything. Location, decor, young and funky vibe at the hotel, staff, free wi fi and we loved the freebies just didn't have time to drink all the mini bar items !! haha.It really felt like we were staying somewhere super special.Thank youThe walls were very thin, so that even when there wasn't a partygoing on next door (which there was for the first night until about 2am), we could hear everything going on next door - every moment from thebathroom and almost every word that was said.While the free grab and go breakfast was a great solution to the lack of restaurant, it would have been nice to have a few non pastry options - eg some self contained muesli items in the fridge. The door to the kids bedroom didn't close, so we couldn't shut the sound from next door off.

We stayed in one of the penthouses, a family of four with two childrenaged 11 and 9. The space was very well put together, with a great layoutso it felt bigger than it was. The kids loved the chalkboard and thepunching bag, and we all loved the free wifi and the Apple tv.It was great to have everything we want in an upmarket hotel (wifi, breakfast, laundry available) without all the unnecessary extras (room service, expensive breakfast).

The staff were excellent.The complimentary water/juice/breakfast/welcome pack were excellent and very much appreciated.The rooms were clean and well-designedThe hot water in the showers ran out too quickly, and in one case never got better than lukewarm.

The attention to detail and the little things that make your stay a little more enjoyable. Having yummy pastries awaiting you as you go down stairs in the morning, water and lovely orange juice on hand whenever you want, down to the bag of goodies in your room on arrival. Having the towels changed everyday and the minibar at hand for free if required and the free wi-fi all made for a very pleasant stay. We will be back. A great funky place to stay.The staff were not bad, in fact they were fine, just some of them didn't seem to realise the hospitality business means being hospitable.A little more warmth and genuine energy is required, and a little less attention to their computer screens.

Staff was friendly and informative. Free mini bar, unheard of! Rooms were stylish and comfortable. Location is good.Bathroom basin ridiculously small.Bed elevated on a small step.Treacherous when you get up to go to the bathroom in the night.

Loved every part of my stay! The provided coffee and pastries were amazing, the staff were very warming and helpful. The room was amazing and exactly like the pictures. We have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay but a big thankyou!Nothing.
