As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival.

This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.

Please note that smoking is not allowed. Guests who smoke in the rooms will have to pay a fine of COP 200.000.

Please note that this property does not offer an airport shuttle. Guests must make their own arrangements to get to and from the airport.

All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid identity document with a photograph to confirm their identity and that of their parents. This document must be shown even if the minor is accompanied by their parents.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, a written and authenticated authorization must be presented in order to check-in at the Hotel.
