- Rooms were clean- breakfast was great and kids eat free is a plus for a family - location is the best- loved the modern decor of the rooms- great that it is per friendly though we didn't have a petPoor breakfast

Very close from down townThe Keys constantly had to be replaced and as it was needed to be ableto use the elevator, it was a major headache. Just about everyone I metin the hotel complained about the same thing. It really became a problemwhen my wife sprained her ankle and neither key would operate theelevator. Stairs were not an option at the time.

Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Excellent position.I booked a room with two beds and got a room with one bed. I received novalid reason for this. When I asked about compensation, I was told"no way". As I had booked more than a month in advance, I feelI should have received a better explanation or financial compensation.
