I love the location, everything was within walking distance. Stall was vary friendly, and other than the parking I would give the hotel a 10.The PRICE. My cable was out on 3/4 of the channels. Coffee in the room wasnt complimentary. Very thin walls which made it a very noisy from the people below us. The Brand new Bicycles (free for the first 2 hours) were in poor shape due to zero maintenance on the crank shafts. In simple terms, the crank connected to the peddles would bend improperly causing the chain to fail and possible damage to the bearings in the crank housing ultimately Costing you to fix what you never broke in the first place.

The convenience of the downtown ocean-front location afforded us a quick walk to gourmet restaurants, a short cab ride after an extended wine tasting/pub crawl, yet the property conveyed the passionate synergy of a clandestine rendevouz.

The location was beautiful. Close enough to the beach and State Street without being too close. The staff was absolutely excellent. The room was clean and orderly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and my view was spectacular.Booking through Booking.com I was unable to change my reservation dateand the hotel refused to give me my money back a week in advance eventhough I was a returning customer. This is bad business ! I hadpreviously referred my sister to Oceana and she was treated rudely bythe daytime asst. Manager. She will not be returning.
