In the Calpe City Centre district of Calpe, close to Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, Edificio Calpemar has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a washing machine. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. The property is 500 metres from the city centre and a few steps from Arenal Bol Beach.

Each unit features a terrace offering sea views, a TV, a seating area, a well-fitted kitchen and a private bathroom with free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Aqualandia is 22 km from the apartment, while Terra Natura is 26 km from the property. Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport is 80 km away.
