We liked the location to Universal Studios. The fact that breakfastwas included.Booked Suite 3 Months In Advance And Didn't Have Room Available WhenArrived. Front Desk Clerk Said She Would Inform Manager manager. NeverHeard Anything From Anybody! Went Down First Thing In Morning To InformAgain. General Manager Was Very Rude And Not Very Helpful AboutResolving Issue. Told Me This Was Not His Fault To Contact Booking.Com.Was Still Going To Charge For Suite Even Though Only Had Regular DoubleBed Room. Brochure Stated That Had Free Shuttle To Universal. TheShuttle Leaves At 7:45Am And Gates To Park Opens At 9:00Am, HotelLocated Across Street From Park.

A super hotel with clean rooms, clean lobby, and a super continentalbreakfast. The beds were soft and clean, and the bathroom wasspotless. The breakfast was a typical hotel continental, buteverything was fresh and hot.

Comfy beds! Continental breakfast!Room smelled horrible! I specifically searched for a hotel that had afree airport shuttle turns out this hotel does not. They do however havea shuttle to universal. I understand that the false information providedto me was the fault of booking.com and not the hotel but the managerdidn't even apologize when we got there and when I called she justtold me to take a taxi. I ended up renting a car for $42 which wascheaper than the taxi ride of $50.

The breakfast, the room size, the pool and hot tub and the price.We were first put in a small room that we did not book and were told there were no larger rooms but then after insisting on our booking, we were given our larger room.

Central to lots of restaurants within walking distant.The front desk person was super nice when I checked in, but after thatthe same person not so friendly no good morning or hello, I went to aska question and she said what do you want? The fact that the pool wasnot heated, but that was not too important, but the water was very coldfor the Kids.

The location was great. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was amazing and very friendly even down to the housekepers.I will definitely stay here again!When we arrived, we were given a room that was not what we had bookedand did not meet our family's needs. I went to the desk to reportthe mistake and was asked why I could not just "make it work"since we were already given that room. I had already booked and paid formy reservation 2 months ahead of time, and to accept this room wouldhave made us very uncomfortable (we were given a king room instead iftwo queens for 4 people). Then she told me that the room would have tobe cleaned since we entered and we were making more work, this was notmy mistake and I couldn't possibly have known that it was not what Ireserved until we entered the room. Also, we were charged an additionalfee, and not receipted for this fee so I don't know what it was fornor did I approve the charge. Because of these things and the overalltreatment, we will not stay again.

The location was the best place I have stayed in Florida for what we wanted and close to all the places we enjoyed during our stay.The room smelled weird. I don't know if they don't wash thecarpet at a regular basis or it's just mold.The window is sealed, which means the air just circulates when you open the door and uses the air conditioner.The bathroom floor don't have any drain, so when you wet the floor, you'll need extra towels.The wireless internet is VERY SLOW.The wired internet just didn't function. When I asked the staff, one employee said to me that it didn't even exists.It felt like she only wanted to get rid of me.If you see an old latin lady on the hotel hall, don't try to solve any problem with her. Even if you only speaks spanish.Every time I had to talk to her, she acted like she did not care.By the way, I managed to talk with another hotel staff, a blond lady. She told me that someone would look after my problem.Next day, the wired internet was working, just as slow as the wireless.Unfortunately, the wired internet stopped working the next day. So I gave up solving the internet problem.When I tried to buy universal tickets at the front desk, they sent me to a electronic kiosk on the other side of the hall.All the instructions are outdated.Oh, I almost forgot to tell. The kiosk is just a CPU connected to the internet, so you could use your own laptop to buy the tickets.After buying the tickets on the "kiosk", I tried to print the receipt, but it didn't work.I asked the staff, and they said just to handwrite the code to retrieve the tickets on the park.In the end I wasn't allowed to do the late checkout that I asked when I did the reserve.VERY EXPENSIVE for the treatment you get. I just can't recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I recommend you, reader of this review, don't stay at this hotel.

Thought the room was nice and bed comfortable. Had a tv remote problem, someone responded quickly and corrected the problem. Had a stopped up toilet; again, someone responded quickly with a plunger; problem fixed! Thought breakfast was very good!room looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, hallways seemed run down
