Deposit
For reservations up to 28 nights, UNITY do not requires a deposit to be paid.
For reservations of 29-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 SEK is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 SEK is required.
The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival.

Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee.

UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations.ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
