The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but it never arrived. We took a taxi and mentioned this to the front desk and were promptly returned our taxi fare, with many apologies for our inconvenience. Excellent customer service and dedicated to making your stay there convenient and comfortable!Due to a bad storm we lost power of 5 hrs

Proximity to airport was excellent.I was in rm 322 in Orlando Airport, the bathroom tub faucet was leaking and there was standing water in the tub. The wall paper was peeling, there was stains from a spilled beverage on the night stand, there wa an empty 5hr energy drink container on top of the air conditioner, there was a huge metal tube sticking out from under the air conditioner which I tripped over, also the window latch was open and unlocked.

Pretty quiet for being so close to the airport.Breakfast was decent and plenty of eating space.Liked the layout of the suite.The shuttle vanswere old and the first one we had couldn't speak English.The wait time at the airport was too long after calling for pick up.

We drove in from The Villages the day before our flight to use their shuttle and park our car for our early departure to Chgo. The front desk was very helpful and shuttle drivers fast and efficient. Also, a verrry comfortable bed and spotless room.In room phone not working. Staff couldn't help. Recent carpetreplacement, Very strong smell, Wish we had been informed beforeroom selection

I especially like the young lady at the desk. I'm so sorry Ican't remember her name, but it was something very different. Shewas so friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We stayed February25th and 26th and again on March 12th. She had black hair, brown eyes,petite, and very pretty. The hotel was very clean, our room verycomfortable.pool was cold (not heated!)and small

When I finally got to leave the hotel and continue my vacationelse whereHotbreakfast lines and running out of food. Only two hot item wereoffered eggs (scrambled) and round susage patties. How about hashbrownor bacon. The pool was an unclean puddle wth no towels. Our tub waterran all night could not shut it off. Told the front counter twice, theydid nothing,we tied a towel on the spicket and the the water flow intothe drain all nihgt, did not feel bad about tearing up the save thewater and use dirty sheets cards we found everywhere
