+ The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful + the staff spoke English well + Breakfast was very tasty and varied served on the terrace with a nice view of the city + The hotel is perfectly located + in the historic part of the city of Berat + The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

- Insufficiently hot water in the shower.
