I absolutely loved the spce and layout of the rooms.It gave each of us enough privacy when needed and a pleasant communal space to visit with each other.

The Princes Street Suites was beyond expectations! We were 6 friends, so it was difficult to stay all together in a regular hotel but the Princes Street Suites offered a beautiful and comfortable 3 bedrooms apartment. The location was excellent! We walked everywhere!Some of the rooms as suggested by other reviewers had restricted views, but is that not true in London, paris, etc. If you were there on business it wouldn't matter, As we were there for four nights and it was my wifes birthday present it did, so we sought out the upper floors.As for comments about the view of the waverley stations roof that is true, but anyone staying in the Carlton, Scotsman or Jurys Inn will have that as a view as well.One real cause for complaint is that their is only one lift, and it's speed or more to the point lack of it.

Very clean and well appointed, everything you need, except condiments6 of us staying. We arrived and only one sofa and one armchair in the living room. Also have stayed as part of a group o four previously and had a bigger apartment on that occasion despite a smaller group size.

Excellent location. Good standard of accommodationTwo small things I noticed - because rest of place was so nice.1. Mat in lift needed to be tacked down properly-a safety issue here, also it looked bad.2. Small area in our bathroom needed painting. Small patch that called attention to itself because the rest of the room was so nice.21/2. The "heater" in the bathroom had no instructions. Had not seen such a unit back in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Size of apartments - we stayed in a 2 bed & a 3 bed apartment. Bedrooms were not next to each other for privacy, and lounge areas good size. Both gave great views of edinburgh looking back over waverley station towards the Carlton & Scotsman hotels either side of North Bridge. Dependent on which room you were in you could also see Calton Hill and the Castle (just about). The views from the roof-top terrace are sublime.The front desk staff were efficient and responded to every issue promptly with a smile.Slightly dangerous clear glass windows that didn't have a warning sticker on- several members of my family ended up walking into the window!

It was so roomy and comfortable with amazing views over the city!My kids absolutely loved being able to see over the city, especially at night when it was all lit up - it was magical!So convenient too - we could come and go as we pleased and it was so much better and more relaxing to be able to eat in in the evening - especially with young children but we still felt we had one of the best views in Edinburgh.The bedrooms were comfortable and well equipped.Very friendly and helpful staff too!!

Ideal location. Nice spacious apartment. Very helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping.Only thing to improve was the breakfast! They do a delivered to yourroom style breakfast for £8 and although it sounds convienient what wegot was disappointing, 2 stale pastries a small oj some milk and amuesli bar.

Great location.Spacious well equipped apartment. Friendly accommodating staff.Nothing too much trouble.Loved the 'light housekeeping service'.not a massive issue but we got back quite early in the morning and no one was at reception at the time (4.30am) as our key didn't work.We were left to walk around trying to find someone until a receptionist arrived 10 minutes later. If you say it is 24hours reception then there should be someone there all the time.

Modern facilities, good location. Huge rooms. Well equipped flat and generally child friendly. Excellent staff.Some street noise at night. The apartment we felt was in need of redecoration and some new rugs!

As a first time visitor to the city, I found the location wonderful.Felt great to be able to walk in a wonderful city and feel that I knewwhere I was at all times. Enjoy the extra space the apartment roomsoffer. You might want to ask your visitors what Edinburgh they wouldlike to see, Food, Shopping, History, Gay(?), Picture taking tour. Andhave something you can have them use while visiting and then take awaywith them. This could link to your other sites and you could add it toyour "special Weekends" package. If you have someone who could shootvery short videos, you could your guests a chance to comment and thenload the videos to an in-house channel. Guest could offer shopping,eating and touring tips. This type of a service would need to be keptfresh, nothing worse than hearing about a good place to eat and findingthat it has closed. My only complaint is that we only had one day to useour rooms and visit your city. Shopping, eating and touring could havefilled an entire week for us. And that is not taking into play theentertainment features the city offers.

pretty well everything-I had a two bedroom apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable and even with two bathrooms, for the price of an ordinary hotel room! Obviously, I struck lucky, but the facilities and location were excellent.Despite its location on what seems a busy street, the bedrooms are at the back and were completely quiet.Its also within a couple of minutes walk of Waverley station, so you save on a taxi as well.
