ExcellentEnjoyed the design and serviceThe breakfast at the City Café was Ok but the café could not handle the large volume of people and subsequently some people had to queue for entrance to the café. I suggest that when people book into the hotel they are given times to go to breakfast, this way there can be several sittings planned

We are very happy with the hotel ambience, facities also pleasant, modern & very clean room.A surprise check-in delicious cookies with room key, very impressed.The location is also very good in decent business area & just a few steps from Tower Hill underground statation.The inroom free wi-fi is very good & convenience as no need to enter troublesome password, auto-connected pluse i-Mac available so no worry to get in contact at all.To stay here again for next visit.
