The room was clean, it was cleaned every day. Quite a comfortable bed. Great location, just a few steps from the Madison Square Garden auditorium, there is a subway station just around the corner. The staff was nice, check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Too loud air conditioning. Very slow Wi-Fi.???? In general, the hotel is a little outdated and too expensive!!!.
