location and atrium garden.receptionist extremely unwelcoming-an inconvenience for her we were checking in, dirty mattress protector, previous guest nail clipping on carpet, advertised mini bar but none in room, sickening damp/mildewsmell in bedroom, bathroom extremely small, room situated above noisy kitchen exhaust extractor. Totally unworthy of 4&1/2 stars.

The view from our beachside roomCairn's can be hot and humid.This hotel has an open courtyard and open hallways to get to the rooms.So, getting through the hotel, elevators and halls to the rooms is quite hot.Then, once you enter the rooms, they have an automated system that detects if people are in or out of the rooms and if there is noone in the rrom, it dials back the air conditioning. So, entering the room, is also very hot and muggy, each and every time you return to your room. Very uncomfortable!

We were upgraded to top floor with beautiful night view of city. Roomfittings were very nice and beds comfortable. Overall we were very happywith our choice of accommodation.Not much to fault for the price paid for. The bathroom was a bit smallbut that's about it.
