Staff attentiveness.iMac and access to my iTunes music library.Bed comfort.Shower was excellent. Loved the clear mirrors!Staff when checking in were un-friendly and not very knowledgable of thearea. Safe to say they weren´t from England.

Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming on arival. The room was clean and comfortable. The sky bar was a welcome surprise, and a must see. Cotails were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to everyone young and old, stag and hens. Central location for bars, shops and resturants. 5minutes from the station. Great value for money.

Excellent location and a great "deal " at just under £60 B&BThe bar is very busy as most orders are for cocktails which take longer to serve, they could do with some bar staff just serving beers or a seperte section

Excellent location. We stayed in a suite which was very nice. One downside was the hallways were a little tatty. Rooms and lobby area great, sky lounge very nice. Staff very helpful.Would definitely recommend'It was a Saturday night and there was quite a lot of noise from music and late night guests.Managed to sleep through most of it, but might disturb light sleepers.

Stayed three times previous and thought is was very good except the parking communication which is still shocking. This time the stay was not as enjoyable - there was two sheets of paper and no pen in my room, the room wasn't as neat and tidy as I've previously noticed and, all in all, it seemed a different experience.Parking!

Staff absolutely brilliant - nothing too much trouble.No bath in the bathroom, only a shower that did not get hot enough. Youalso have to pay £12 for parking which I consider quite excessive afterpaying for the actual hotel room.

Location to city centreWas given the wrong post code on confirmation receipt , it gave us Hilton city Leeds LS14BR , only to be told the double tree is around the corner over the canal and was given post code LS115PS , approx 200 yards away , I walked to the double tree and as so close how to get to double tree from city hotel by car , was told to drive straight on , turn left , left , and left again , it only took me into the railway car park ?Went back too double tree by foot and again they gave me same directions , tried again and ended back in train station car park . Was well had enough by now has took an age to park car over in Wellington street open air car parks ,which was a good 20 minutes walk away . Also advised no parking in hotel car park . Very disappointed customer would not recommend using Hilton hotel again , sorry .

The location is great for shopping, bars and restaurants.The hotel is comtemporary in feel and the staff are very friendly and helpfulThe bar has a great atmosphere and is worth a visit before going out in the eveningWaiting on the 8th floor for a lift for over 10 minutes while the lifts went up and down from the sky bar full of non residents and eventually having to use the service staircase

Location was excellent, onsite parking was made very easy.Breakfast was greatOnly issue on this occasion was that the bathroom sink could have been cleaner - underside of basin with runs. Soap dispender in need of wash down.

Generally the staff were very helpful,the rooms were nice,the internet-television were also very good.Sky bar a bit pretentious and like most hotels did not provide sufficient staff for bar areas, especially when the Grand National on and place awash with Hen/Wedding parties etc. Therefore also noisy at night as the revellers return but don't consider that the hotels fault.

The bedrooms were nice & comfy & you get a delish warm cookie when booking in.Skylounge (floor 13) is a lovely place to go for a nice cocktail, really buzzing place.would recommend a visit!

Superb hotel in pretty much every way for a city break. We paid a miserly £41.20 per room - unbelievable value for money. Didn't eat on the restaurant so can't comment on the food

Facilities and the little extrasWe had young neighbours who came back from the nightclub approx 4.30am then decided to turn the tv/radio on full blast till at least 5am.Other guest around us were very noisy too.But this wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Very helpful staff. Breakfast excellent, great selection. Rooms very comfortable, bathroom not large but excellently re-furbished.the rooms were not as good as we expected, one room had no bath robes or hairdryer and the other room had no kettle or hair dryer and the fridge would not open so quite dissapointed but we did not report these faults until we were booking out so the staff had no chance to rectify this but they should have been right without us needing to point them out.
