For guests who would like to relax and spend their leisure time to enjoy sunset, Dadaocheng Pier is a 1 km away . There is local bicycle rental service YouBike around the hotel, and guests can also take the bus directly to the Forbidden City. The famous Ningxia Night Market is just across the road.
Since the hall and bathroom are being renovated, the bathroom in Room A is currently used. There are two shower rooms and one toilet. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

月租客人才享有每周免費更換床單的服務!
前台小姐Susan的服務態度很差， 明明有張貼 "長期入住每周有免費更換床單服務乙次" 的告示，據我理解應該是:入住七天的客人，享有免費更換床單乙次的權利。她卻解釋成要住滿七天才能更換? 她說月租(30天)的客人才算是長期入住。
我不服，請她在官網上找出《住滿七天》的相關規定， 她找不到卻依舊硬是不肯更換床單! 我覺得換個床單有那麼困難嗎? 員工怎麼可以胡亂自行解釋"公司規定"刁難客人? 如果是外國客人也是如此待遇嗎? 她是專門欺負我們台灣人嗎? 雖然我有向經理申訴，但是沒有得到回應! 不但沒有跟我道歉，第二天依舊沒來更換床單!
後來我去他們的官網反應此事，得到的正式答覆竟然更嚴厲，凡是短租客人要支付100元的清潔費才可以换床單? 只有預付30天的長期客人才享有每周免費更換床單乙次的服務!
